At Resemble Systems, I always made sure that I follow a culture of collaborative group meeting with all the employees on a regular basis to listen to them about opportunities and challenges and how to overcome them with innovative ideas. Unfortunately due to busy schedule of everyone with sales meetings, project delivery etc, many at times we missed the schedule.

Due to Covid 19, when we resumed with new norm of Working From Home, first thing that I ensured that we continue with the group meeting and scheduled it for bi-weekly call with the entire team. On this call I share the Covid 19 impact on our primary target markets, the updates on new vendor on boarding, progress on training.

I had built a strong career on IBM Lotus Software, managed several large Lotus Notes infrastructure before went on to become a certified Instructor, a rare competency in our region those days. During my tenure at SBM/IBM, for many years I had preached on the value of collaboration within organizations and the value of connecting people with people. I now witness that many organizations started realizing, adopting Digital Transformation to improve productivity and increase efficiency.
