Job Description:

 

– Plan and execute monthly/quarterly marketing plans and calendar to ensure effective usage of the entire marketing mix such as advertising, conferences, social media, public relations and online channels.     Should coordinate with the sales team and willing to travel across  Middle East.

  • Identify relevant industry events for participation and oversee the executions of such participation.
  • Oversee all media activities, including PR and awards, to proactively position in the public domain.
  • Responsible for Email Marketing Campaign
  • Own and manage the corporate website.
  • Identify and manage a network of vendors to effectively execute all marketing activities.
  • Track quarterly marketing budget and monitor expenditure against budget.
  • Analyze and present performance of marketing programs through data collection and relevant analysis.
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports/dashboards.
  • Experienced in Follow ups, Competition Analysis, discussion with offshore clients.
  • Understanding of latest software development trend and should be good at requirement gathering from clients.
  • Ability to prepare business proposal and presentations.
  • Should be able to manage & coordinate information within the team in order to arrive at accurate bid
  • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
  • Following up clients continuously and responding to client inquiries.
  • Achieving Business Targets.
  • Identifying new market and business line.
  • Ensure time efficient service.

 

 

Technical and Functional Skills required

– Experience in managing the entire scope of marketing activities, including event management, email campaigns, PR, and digital marketing.
– Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

– Experience in working for or managing marketing agencies.

– A self-starter with an innovative mind and a hands-on approach.

– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.

– Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills.
